"Gold Miner" or "Gold Miner 2018 Special," often referred to as the gold rush game, is a classic casual title that captivates players with its engaging mechanics.

As a gold miner, your primary goal is to excavate as much gold as possible while amassing wealth. The game offers a variety of objects to discover, including gold nuggets, diamonds, gems, and even whimsical items like pigs and ghosts. Players utilize a hook and reel mechanism to retrieve these treasures from underground.

The gameplay involves tapping the screen to dig into the earth and collect minerals. However, players must be mindful that heavier items, such as large rocks and sizable gold nuggets, present greater challenges when reeling them up. Players will encounter grab bags that contain random rewards, including monetary amounts, power-ups, or dynamite. Between levels, you have the opportunity to purchase items that enhance your performance in subsequent rounds.

The shop offers several useful enhancements:

Your objective at each level is to meet a target amount of money before time runs out; failing to do so results in game over. Notably, any money collected carries over into the next stage.
